WIS Attendance Line

There are two ways to report your child's absence at WIS:

  1. Call: 317-867-6500 press 1 for attendance
  2. Email: wisattendance@wws.k12.in.us
  3. Submit absence online via PowerSchool >Attendance Monitor > Report New Attendance (not available through the PowerSchool app) **ONLY use for all day absences. Late arrivals and early dismissal need to be called or emailed.

  • Report absence before 10:00 AM to avoid the automated attendance call
  • Do not send a Talking Points message
  • Please include Student name, reason for absence, homeroom teacher and person calling.
  • Doctor notes: send in with student, email wisattendance@wws.k12.in.us or fax 317-896-1987
